Aufnahmen im Rahmen des digitalen Formates des internationalen Kinder- und Jugendfestivals EUROTREFF (Veranstalter: Arbeitskreis Musik in der Jugend e.V.)

Erklärung

Mit der Einsendung von Foto-, Audio- und Videodateien und ggf. zugehörigen Text (im Folgenden „Material“ genannt), stimmst du ausdrücklich einer unentgeltlichen Nutzung für alle Verwertungszwecke des Films und der audiovisuellen Nutzung zeitlich und räumlich unbeschränkt, des Arbeitskreis Musik in der Jugend e.V. (AMJ) zu. Du bist damit einverstanden, dass das Material insbesondere in jedweder technischen Form auf Abruf übermittelt und öffentlich zugänglich gemacht werden darf, insbesondere in Print- und Printwerbemedien, online und in den sozialen Medien sowie im Zusammenhang mit Presseberichterstattungen des AMJ. Eine Verwendung der filmischen und fotografischen Aufnahmen für andere als die beschriebenen Zwecke ist unzulässig. Die Aufnahmen werden bis zur Veröffentlichung (geplant am 11.09.2021) gespeichert und anschließend gelöscht.

Der AMJ behält sich die Entscheidung über eine Veröffentlichung grundsätzlich vor. Das von dir eingesandte Material kann jederzeit durch Dritte bearbeitet, z.B. geteilt, verändert, zur Herstellung eines Filmwerkes oder Audiobeitrag genutzt, gespeichert, archiviert oder ggf. gelöscht werden.

Der AMJ ist nicht zur Nutzung des eingesandten Materials verpflichtet. Jede Veröffentlichung wird mit deinem Namen versehen. Anonym eingesandtes Material wird grundsätzlich nicht veröffentlicht.

Du bestätigst und stimmst zu, dass du alleinverantwortlich für jegliches Material bist, den du über die Website des AMJ zur Verfügung stellst. Dementsprechend erklärst und gewährleistest du: (i) dass du entweder der einzige und exklusive Rechteinhaber für sämtliches Material bist, welches du über den Service verfügbar machst, oder dass du über alle Rechte, Lizenzen, Genehmigungen und Freigaben verfügst, die notwendig sind, um den AMJ gemäß vorliegenden Regelungen die Rechte an solcherlei Material zu gewähren; und (ii) dass weder das Material noch dein Posten, Hochladen, Veröffentlichen, Senden oder Übermitteln des Materials bzw. die Benutzung des Materials (ganz oder in Teilen), in seinem Rahmen oder mit seiner Hilfe oder auf andere Art und Weise die Patente, Urheberrechte, Markenrechte, Geschäftsgeheimnisse, moralischen Rechte oder sonstigen Rechte Dritter am Eigentum oder geistigen Eigentum oder sonst welche Rechte am eigenen Bild oder Datenschutzrechte Dritter verletzen wird, und dass dadurch auch sonst keinerlei anwendbaren Gesetze oder Vorschriften verletzt werden.

Soweit auf dem Material minderjährige Personen (unter 18 Jahren) abgebildet sind, benötigst du für den Upload und die öffentliche Verbreitung der Aufnahme das Einverständnis von deinen Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigten.

Für das Material übernimmt der AMJ keine Haftung.

Declaration

By submitting photo, audio and video files and, if applicable, accompanying text (hereinafter referred to as „content“), you expressly agree to a free-of-charge use for all exploitation purposes of the film and audiovisual use, unlimited in time and space, of the Arbeitskreis Musik in der Jugend e.V. (AMJ). You agree that the content may be transmitted on demand and made publicly available in any technical form, in particular in print and print advertising media, online and in social media as well as in connection with press reports of the AMJ. Use of the film and photographic recordings for purposes other than those described is not permitted. The recordings will be stored until publication (scheduled for 11.09.2021) and then deleted.The AMJ reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish the content. The content you send in can be edited by third parties at any time, e.g. shared, changed, used to produce a film work or audio contribution, stored, archived or deleted if necessary.

The AMJ is not obliged to use the submitted content. Each publication will be marked with your name. Anonymous material will not be published.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any content you make available through the AMJ website. Accordingly, you represent and warrant: (i) that you are either the sole and exclusive copyright owner of all material you make available through the service or that you have all rights, licenses, permissions and releases necessary to grant the AMJ rights to such content under these terms; and (ii) that neither the material nor your posting, uploading, publication, transmission or use of the content (in whole or in part) will infringe or misappropriate the AMJ’s rights under these terms. Use of the content (in whole or in part), in the course of or with the aid of, or otherwise, will infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral right or other proprietary or intellectual property right of any third party, or any other right of privacy or publicity of any third party, and will not otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

If the content contains recordings of underage persons (under the age of 18), you must obtain permission from your parents or legal guardians to upload and publicly distribute the recording.

The AMJ accepts no liability for the contet.
